UNYP Appoints Professor Radka Wildová as Vice Rector for Research and Academic Excellence

The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) is pleased to announce that Professor PaedDr. Radka Wildová, CSc. has joined the university as Vice Rector for Research and Academic Excellence, effective October 1.

Professor Wildová has built a respected career in higher education and public service. She previously served as Deputy Minister for Higher Education, Research, and Innovation at the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports of the Czech Republic. At Charles University, she held several key positions, including Vice-Rector for Conception and Quality of Education and Dean of the Faculty of Education. Her academic contributions span doctoral supervision, extensive publications in pedagogy, and leadership of research projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. She has worked closely with international institutions, including the Council of Europe and the European Commission, bringing a valuable perspective on educational policy and research collaboration. Professor Wildová’s achievements have been recognized with awards from Charles University, the Czech Pedagogical Society, and international academic organizations. UNYP is proud to welcome Professor Wildová and looks forward to her role in strengthening the university’s research culture, academic standards, and international visibility.
